"I chose to study at Exeter because it is a beautiful city with pleasant weather. It is also very safe to live here. I also found two very nice PhD supervisors at the university. The vibe on campus is friendly and lively, and I am amazed by how beautiful our St Luke’s campus is. It is small but beautiful with history. I organized a PhD social group, and we meet once in a while for coffee breaks. The group members are female PhDs from various disciplines. I also joined the postgraduate society and enjoy their events a lot. My typical day would be working at my desk at the PhD office space, communicate with my peers at X-Keys during lunch break, attend modules on research (if there’s any on the day), and play badminton with friends before heading back home."

"I chose to study at Exeter because of the geographical location, the pleasant climate and the authentic language atmosphere. Every teacher here is kind and will listen patiently to your academic problems in person or you can discuss with them via email. The campus is a busy place on a weekday, with students rushing to class, those enjoying themselves on the steps in front of the building with headphones on, and of course those studying in the library. But at the weekend, the campus seems to be all yours, with only a few people enjoying themselves on the quiet grass. If you want to enjoy British natural views while you study, Exeter is the best city to live and study in the Southwest of England since it is also a tourist city, so don't miss out on the opportunity to come to Exeter if you love to travel."
