“I really like the fact that my course is so hands-on, so I get to see how people react to the design, how we interpretate designs, and here at Northumbria I have really noticed how they care about the process of design, what’s the train of thought to the idea, and I find it very interesting. “I love Newcastle, I have actually been to other parts of the UK, including London and Edinburgh, but I love Newcastle the most because it is really peaceful and there is no rush, and everyone is really nice.” “My highlight of studying with Northumbria has got to be using all of the resources. In Indonesia there is not as many big libraries, and not as many resources in public spaces where you can work. I really liked when I was going through submissions and I was working in the library, and you’d see all the students also working on their submissions, and I can stay there from the sun rising to the sun going down, and then the sun going up again, and even though it was a very stressful and tiring time, it was also such a fun experience for me and my friends.”
