The campus is home to the Huddersfield Students' Union, which is a student-run organisation representing students and advising them on any issues and opportunities which may concern them during their course.
Working closely with the university, the HSU co-ordinates over 100 student-organised clubs, societies and sports teams. There are also over 60 Global Societies, which are funded by the International Office and organise events throughout the year.
